Hi Grace; the player that 1st escaped the ratrace made a valid point... Say my passive income exceeded my liabilities by only $100...have I really escaped the ratrace? I think I need more than $100 to live on...however; I also understand the rules of the game too. That's why there are rules but I do understand where he is coming from. His argument was that you would have to exceed your debts with passive income by some common sense margin.

Hi Grace; that's true; The way the world is these days; there is a great chance that it will happen again during another meetup session. It takes a long time to climb out of the rat race. Anyways, thanks again and see you @ the next cashflow boardgame meetup.
